Candidate Profile:
The candidate should be experienced in sales of HVAC equipment with very good background in the HVAC market.
Should possess minimum of 10-15 years experience.
Should be experienced in managing stock and inventory control; able to manage a team of sales managers / sales engineers,
Should hold a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering & possess excellent managerial and communication skills.
Job Description:
To develop sales and marketing strategy for the Division and provide the management with information to continuously match market needs and requirements.
To supervise the tasks allocated to the employees under his supervision and ensure full utilisation of resources available.
To define potential clients based on market information and initiate visits and presentations.
To plan marketing activities such as in trade shows and exhibitions to attract potential clients.
To review production schedules, and take corrective actions if needed.
To supervise the tendering process and ensure the correctness of information and documents prepared within the set deadline.
To review market and competition information submitted and utilise output in decision making.
To ensure client satisfaction and continuity of business.
To ensure collection of payments on timely manner.
To maintain the quality of information and reports submitted.
To maintain accuracy in the computation of cost factors and the preparation of budget.
To achieve target sales within defined timeframe.
